DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION IS FULL\nHOME VISITING INSTITUTE\nNovember 6-7\, 2019\, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.\nRichard Bolling Federal Building\n601 E. 12th Street\, Kansas City\, MO \nThe Home Visiting Institute is a two-day professional development institute designed for Head Start/Early Head Start home visitors\, managers\, and coaches to expand their knowledge and skills in home visiting practices that are successful in promoting positive parent and child outcomes. \nThe Home Visiting Institute will support participants in: \n\nPlanning intentional and engaging home visit and socializations activities.\nImplementing effective practices that support the parent’s role in the growth and development of their child.\nIndividualizing professional development and supports for home visitors.\nPartnering with families experiencing challenging situations.\nIdentifying and using strategies to support stress reduction and increase wellness for home visitors.\n\nIMPORTANT INFORMATION: REAL ID will be REQUIRED to enter the building.
