others during times of stress. Gain knowledge, tools and strategies to help support you as you
take care of everyone else! Ground yourself in knowing what you can do to make things go
smoother for you, and those you support, and how to deal with whatever comes up. Strengthen
relationships with staff, children and families, while keeping everyone safe and preventing
incidents.
