In music, listening, timing, and a shared sense of rhythm bring people into sync — the same holds true in family engagement, where those moments help build trust, understand needs, and create lasting connections.

Each year, the Parent and Family Engagement Conference creates space for thousands of family engagement professionals to take a closer look at their relationships with the families they support. Engagement is relational work, and this is one of the few gatherings designed around that reality. Attendees facing similar challenges learn from one another, reflect on what’s working, and decide where to shift. Participants leave more attuned to the families they serve and the colleagues in their field.
